STOCK AVAILABILITY - Some of the products displayed on the site may not be in Stock when you order them. We do not stock items which sell very irregularly, expensive medical equipment, refrigerators, scales, autoclaves, furniture and other high value items. Items which are in stock in our warehouse are typically delivered in a reasonable time. In our experience our delivery partners do a great job and we rarely have delivery problems.
BULK ITEM - If an order consists of bulk items [paper products - couch rolls, toilet tissue, hand towels etc), purified water, liquid products (disinfectants, cleaning fluids), incontinence pads these are delivered on pallets. There is a delivery charge of £25.00.
CARRIAGE CHARGES - Mainland UK, Scotland and Northern Ireland only.
FOC delivery for normal Orders over £200.00 Exc. VAT to UK Mainland.
£9.95 + VAT will be charged for orders up to £200.00 Exc. VAT to UK Mainland. £15.00 + VAT will be charged to deliver to Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland
We use reputable courier companies to deliver your order. To comply with MHRA regulations and for security reasons all our parcels have to be signed for by the recipient. Our trained staff will pack your order securely to withstand any rough handling in transit. But once the parcel leaves our premises we have no control as to when it will be delivered and in what condition
PART DELIVERIES - If for any reason we have to put an item on back order, and deliver your order in separate consignments, we will only charge you for one delivery.
LOST OR DAMAGED: You must inform us within two working days if goods are lost or damaged in transit.
RETURNS - Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 5 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
